About us
The Company was set up in March 1995 at the time of the introduction of the Construction (Design & Management ) Regulations 1994 and concentrated on offering health and safety advice and planning supervisor/CDM Coordinator services, as a resource, designed to assist architects, engineers, design & build contractors and housing associations that wish to carry out the duties of planning supervisor/CDM Coordinator. At an early stage in its development, the Company sought out like minded professionals with a wealth of diverse experience and formed a loose association of professionals that could pool their knowledge to cover all aspects of the construction industry. A CDM Coordinator & party wall surveying service is offered for all projects within the United Kingdom.
Following the rebranding of the company in July 2008, we have established a department dedicated to the provision of training individuals in their own workplace environment.
